KP Bhusal (केपी भुसाल) is an author, entrepreneur and
motivational speaker known for conducting series of inspirational seminars on
leadership, entrepreneurship, sales and success psychology. Having post
graduate degree in English literature, he started his career as a teacher and
later transformed into trainer and motivational speaker. Despite being a social
science graduate, he dreamed of injecting entrepreneurial mindset in today’s
youths, so he paved a different career path and became a catalyst for inspiring
youths and promoting entrepreneurship.
He rose to fame particularly across Nepali corporate world
when he initiated "Leadership Challenge" seminar series to inspire
and empower corporate executives. With 10+ years in inspiring lives and
promoting entrepreneurship, he is now trusted as a business adviser and sales
trainer for 100+ corporate across Nepal and abroad. He works at the nexus of
social entrepreneurship and corporate leadership to help businesses more
impact-fully connect with their stakeholders. Because that's where growth - for
any kind of business - begins.
Early Life:
KP Bhusal was born in Arghakhanchi in 1991 and moved to
Kathmandu in 2008 with bunch of unclear dreams and visions. Being a passionate
learner and having good oratory skill, he thought he was born to be a teacher,
then he pursued degree in English literature and became a teacher. His students
always used to say that they feel inspired when he was in the classroom, so he decided
to grow himself from teacher to motivational speaker – so that he could be a
catalyst in inspiring more people beyond his classroom.
Career as a Motivational Speaker:
In 2015 after the completion of Master’s Degree in English
literature, he reflected his life and found that he had some years of teaching
and some years of selling experience, he was passionate on success literature
and he also had interest in helping people and adding value in their life. But,
he couldn’t figure out on what to do next. Then one day he thought of combining
everything he had and everything he wanted out of the life. By combining what
he had with what he was interested in, he came up with new career path – as an
author, entrepreneur and motivational speaker. Before 2015, he was a teacher
and amateur trainer, then onward he became a professional trainer and speaker.
2015 onward he has inspired thousands of lives across
hundreds of workshops and seminars. For the decade of 2020-2030, he has set
goal to inspire one million lives through his workshops. His mission is to
inject entrepreneurial mindset in today’s youths, so that the future of the
country would be much better and advanced. He has authored a case studies based
leadership book called “leadership-101” to be published in early 2020.
